Tennis Kids have introduced a town or city wide ranking system across all their Divisions which, for the first time, will give children a chance to understand exactly where they rank in terms of tennis, amongst everybody else in their area.

The system will encourage players to improve their ranking and also give children a clear idea of where their ability is at, as well as where they need to be to improve.

Richard Marklow of Tennis Kids said, “Not only will this be great fun for the children themselves to see where their ranking is, but it will also be an invaluable tool for coaches in the area to see where players at their local club rank on a wider scale.

I can also see situations whereby children, wanting to go up the rankings, ask for extra coaching sessions in order to improve their game so they can move up and get promoted into a higher Division, thus improving their ranking automatically.

It's a great tool and one which has already been very well received by everybody”.
